What We're Committed To
As marriage and family therapists (MFTs), we are bound by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Code of Ethics: a set of professional standards that guide how we show up for every client, every session, both inside and outside of the therapeutic space. These standards address everything from confidentiality and informed consent to the boundaries of our therapeutic relationships and our commitment to ongoing competence.
Ethics aren't just rules we follow, they're the framework that makes this space safe. When you work with a therapist at The Margins, you can trust that your care is grounded in accountability, integrity, and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing.
